I'm a "rockstar" so said the neonatologist. They removed the ventilator and changed me to a CPAP. This is a mask that goes over my nose and helps me breath. They are starting to give me IV caffeine to help with bouts of Apnea. My brain is still developing, so sometimes i forget to breath. Oops! I started having some breast milk from mom. I still have an arterial line in my belly button to help with labs and nutrition. Not sure how long I will be on the CPAP, but my next step will be to move to a nasal canula.
