Oh my goodness!!!! Today was crazy! Mommy woke me up with this birthday song. Then while feeding me she told me the story of my birth and told me I was ONE YEAR old!!!! I am SO big. She told me that I’m gonna meet most of the rest of my family today!!! And have a big party tomorrow. I

am so excited!!!

okay that's as far as i got before i got distracted!  now its Tuesday! Whew, time flies when you're having fun!  My birthday was AWESOME!!!!!  I had so much fun.  I had almost all of my family fly in to see me.  Grandma and Grandma came, then Great Auntie Susie and Cousin Emily, then Great Aunt Enid and Great Uncle Victor, Aunt Lisa, Uncle Josh, Cousin Ryan and Cousin Sean and Uncle Matt! Wow! So many people love me!  And then we had TONS of friends come and wish me a happy birthday at my Pout Pout Fish themed party.   I even had my friends, Jackson, Vivian and Callie at my party too! We played with this fun bubble machine and all got to eat cake. 

Oh the cake! The presents! And the snuggles! It is great to be me! I got awesome presents, thank you to everyone who spent the time to find me the perfect gifts! I even got to share my cake with daddy... oops! i got cake ALL over him.  I thought he would look good with blue frosting on him :)

I can't wait to play with all of my new toys! Swings and tractors and bath toys and pool toys and wagons and bikes and blocks and foam blocks oh my!!!!!!!!!!!!

My friends:) i wore my crown so everyone would know that it was MY party!!! :)

I still crawl very loudly, so everyone always knows when i am coming... which isn't good because i can't sneak up on the kitties.  I can cruise while holding on to furniture, i can't wait to walk! I have eight teeth now and look out... i like to bite!  I still don't eat a lot of real food but that's going to change because mommy is going to cut back on how much milk i get! I also have to start brushing my fishy teeth! I have almost mastered climbing up steps but sometimes i get tired so its a good thing someone stands behind me.  I can also open cabinets, so look out!

I went to the dr today and i am 28.6" long and weigh in at 19 lbs and 15 ounces.  

I love circle time! i have so much fun playing with the trains!

I am eleven months old today!  So much has happened in the last month! Look at me lounging!  I'm so over these photo shoots that mom puts me through! I just want to play. 

I went to visit my Boston Family.  I LOVE Grandma and Grandpa.  They are such softies, I crawl over and put my hands up and they scoop me right up!  I had a cold so I couldn't see all my family as often as I wanted to - don't want to get Great Grammy sick! But we did get to go out for Chinese food.  Those noodles are super yummy! (even though I dropped most on the floor or in my bib!) I'm trying to utilize my SEVEN teeth but I still drop most of the food on my tray.

Grandma made me giggle with the light up bear, grandpa puts me UPSIDE DOWN! and Great Grammy is just awesome:)

On the plane ride going home I decided I was too big for naps so I stayed up the WHOLE time! I made friends with the lady behind me and next to me... Mommy called me a big flirt - is that what giggling at ladies is called?

I helped mommy celebrate her birthday by playing with her balloons!  Those things are fun... hint hint mom and dad - I better have some of those at my birthday! :)

So I've mastered crawling - not a quiet crawler but I want to let everyone know i'm coming... I'm not sure why my kitty sisters always run away from me... I can pull myself up to standing and enjoy going up/down/up/down/up/down.  I'm getting better at falling on my butt now! 

I can take a few steps when I am holding on to someone or something but still need to get better at making my legs work for me not against me.   I did figure out how to climb up stairs!  Athough the stairs in my house are like climbing Mount Everest!  I need to be sure I have some serious mommy support before starting that trek. 

I went to my girlfriends birthday party and had fun. She had so many toys we could play with!  She also got to play with this thing called Cake... Mommy said I was too little but soon... that sounded ominous, but she hasn't steered me wrong yet!

I'm  back at the gym after our vacation. Gotta get those pumps in! Look good for all those ladies come summer time, as I know Mommy and Daddy bought me lots of new swim gear! 





I went to the zoo for the first time and the playground! I didn't really know what to do but I will learn. Daddy pushed me on the swing and helped me on the slide which was pretty scary...

I'm such a big boy standing up! I was told I would get to see some hail... the weather people lied!

I'm staring down my bear... in the next moment I ate his nose! That will teach Mr. Bear to stare me down!

Hey blog followers - Comin' to you live from the Jace household i mean Mindick household.... Ok come on, you know the house revolves around me!

This has been a HUGE month for me!  Went to the doctor's office and DR A. is thrilled with my growth. 17 lbs and 27 inches! i'm a TEN MONTH monstah! 

Mom and I have been killin' it at the gym! I don't know what she does, but i chat up the ladies, they love me and snuggle with me the whole time.  I really build up an appetite and am quite tired when we get home! 

Who wouldn't want to snuggle me?! I mean look at my smile! 

Okay to address the elephant in the room... yes... the Patriots lost my first super bowl... but hey... i'm no fair weathered fan.  I will be there next year along with Brady and Coach Belichick! Hopefully my special shoes will still fit me next year!

Mom and Dad celebrated their 7 year anniversary, and they left me home! They have left me with three different sitters in the last month, what do they think? They are allowed to have a life without  me?  I AM their life!!! 

I had my first swimming lesson.  I was a little scared but i'm up to try it again! We splashed in the pool and sang songs.  I made mommy get in the water with me, she was a good sport, and daddy took pictures:)  Isn't my swim diaper cute?

I had a play date with one of my friends from circle time.  We had so much fun playing with all my toys!  I was a good sharer.  We tired ourselves out!

I also celebrated my first Valentine's Day. Obviously i was mommy's little valentine.  I stole one of the Roses daddy sent mommy to try to eat... i mean, give to mommy... 

I have  A LOT to say.. but no one seems to be able to understand what i'm saying! Their loss!

I'm now in my big boy crib and in my big boy room on the third floor all by myself! I'm doing pretty good, i'm not afraid to be alone.  But sometimes i get hungry so mommy ends up sleeping on the chair in my room.  I like waking up and being able to say hi to her. I think she likes to see my smiling adorable face too. :) 

Biggest news... I am now on the move! I am quickly becoming a master crawler.  Here i am trying to escape! I love being able to go see mom and dad whenever i want AND i love crawling to my books... Although i have my eyes set on sneak attacking Nala and Lizzy.   I really, really love getting up to standing position. I want to walk but my balance isn't so great yet, and i haven't quite figured out how to move my legs when i'm vertical...

My new favorite food is sweet and sour chicken and butternut squash and i've even tried some hummus.  The Dr said i could try water now... i'm not such a fan - why would anyone want to drink that flavorless cold stuff?

The weather has been really nice so me and mom went for a walk! And then me and mom and dad hung on the deck!

Back to picking out which olympic sport i'm going to compete in, in 2038! GO USA!

I’m nine months old! I weigh about 16 and a half pounds.  i am SOOO big!

So much has happened since I last wrote to you all. I got TWO teeth!! Can you see  'em??!

They are my bottom two front teeth!   Don't judge me for the avocado on my face, i was just enjoying a nice Cafe Fresh bagel!

Mommy and daddy are in trouble as i'm gonna be crawling soon!!

I really started to eat food too! I love to suck on meat and am getting my pincer grip down! I get to join Mom and Dad at restaurants cause I eat what they eat. No baby food for me! On Thursday i got to eat dinner with my great aunt susie and Great uncle jimmy, grandma, grandpa AND GREAT grammy and i got to meet all of her friends. It was so much fun! I got to try lots of new foods and throw everything on the floor! 

I also got to celebrate my first Christmas.  Santa definitely came to my house, i heard the reindeer on the roof!  You serious clark?

I got to see AND experience snow for the first time. I made a snow angel but I didn’t really like the cold.  I  much prefer snuggling next to mommy all cozy in my bear sleep sack. 

I went on my third plane ride and now I’m visiting grandma and grandpa:)  I was really good for mommy on the plane! but as soon as i got to Grandma and Grandpa's house i made a BIGGGG poop... i guess i had to claim my territory! Let everybody know JACE IS HERE! 

I’m starting to talk more but no real words yet even though Dad thinks I say dada. :) I like to sit on daddy's shoulders and pull his hair!

I can sit up on my own now. Or I guess I should say I can stay seated as I can’t get to a seated position on my own. But I'm very steady when I’m seated and I’m pretty good standing holding on to things but I haven’t pulled myself up yet.

While i'm in Boston daddy is taking care of Lizzy and Nala but here is a pic of me and Lizzy cuddling. I'm learning to pet her... nicely... but i still like grabbing Nala's tail... I don't know why she keeps running away from me!

Let's hope the Jags don't knock over the Patriots as easily as i knock over this guy! You can do it Patriots, win the game at Gillette Stadium!

I love Mr bear! Look at me sitting up all on my own... yup still as adorable as ever!!!
